At Dejima we’re all about giving you control of your coffee. We work hard to find the best single origin coffees available. But we understand that sometimes we won’t have that one origin you’re looking for.
That’s where custom ordering comes in! Dejima wants every client to find exactly what they want and to enjoy their coffee to the fullest. Be it Vietnamese Robusta or Dominican dry process Arabica; at Dejima we do our best to find, procure, and roast whatever coffee our clients desire.

Lots going on here with notes of raspberry lambic, balsamic vinegar, and lemon-like brightness. A little more on the fruity side than chocolate, this is a unique and rather pleasing coffee for fans of natural process coffees.

Sweet and flavorful, this is an amazing example of Ethiopian excellence. Fruit tones are present at various roast levels. Lighter roasts bring to mind pineapple and tart cherry, while deeper roasts round out to raspberry jam and bittersweet cocoa notes. Ethiopia is known for its fruity dry process coffees and this is a prime example of the beauty that dry processing can bring.
